Luv Ranjan is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter. Ranjan made his directorial debut with ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ (2011) in which he launched six new actors. The novelty of the film’s storyline made it a sleeper hit, giving it a cult status overnight. After this, he directed ‘Akaash Vani’ (2013) and ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’ (2015).
Romance, humour, drama and basically live action is Ranjan’s forte. Flamboyant themes, witty writing and his ingenuity to make his characters as real as life itself, make his movies relatable with audiences of all age groups.
Ranjan’s recent film ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ (2018) has once again been appreciated for its unique concept. He co-produced this film under his banner Luv Films.
Born in Ghaziabad, Ranjan is an alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi University.
